Authorised Crossflight business account holders are able to create shipments and enter credit card payment details. All credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 1.9% of the value of the payment. Payment will typically be taken once a shipment has been despatched.
Refunds agreed (e.g for a service error) within 60 days will be processed by Crossflight and refunds made against the credit card transaction in question.
Please note that the Consumer Credit Act and related consumer protection acts do not apply to purchases made by businesses.
Subject to Crossflight's shipping terms and conditions, all shipments will be sent as a single consignment which may consist of several packages. Delivery times vary by destination and specific delivery times can be obtained from our customer services department.
All transactions, payments and refunds will be in GBP.
