Updates to Our Trading Terms and Conditions

Updates to our Trading Terms and Conditions

As you will be aware, at Crossflight we have always offered our clients the benefit of trading under the standard terms and conditions drawn up by the British International Freight Association, or “BIFA”, for our express courier and freight services. These terms are nationally accepted and backed by the insurance sector; they are, above all, fair and reasonable.

These conditions are, from time to time, updated by BIFA. An update has recently taken place, and, as a matter of good and responsible customer service, we are informing you of this. The new terms are effective from 1st January 2018 and are available on our Terms & Conditions Page.

Being a corporately responsible business, we also have taken the opportunity to review our mail and fulfilment terms and conditions. These up-to-date terms are also effective from 1st January 2018 and available on our Terms & Conditions Page.
